Tasmania’s Westhaven Omega 3 Yoghurt is the world’s first naturally produced Omega-3 yoghurt.
Milk that is used to make our Omega 3 yoghurt is from Ringarooma dairy farmer Geoff Cox, whose feed supplement company Naturale has taken a CSIRO developed process and significantly improved it. This process enables the Omega-3 fatty acids to remain intact during dairy digestion and providing ‘a good source of Omega 3’ in each tub of Tasmania’s Westhaven Omega 3 Yoghurt.
The health benefits of Omega-3s are well documented with the Heart Foundation recommending all Australians should aim for 2 to 3 serves of Omega 3 rich foods each day to promote heart, cognitive and eye health, as well as brain development in children.
Tasmania’s Westhaven Omega 3 Yoghurt is available in 500g Natural and Mixed Berry, and 200g Raspberry and Vanilla flavours.
